No matter how much I try to pyshed myself, ugh, I was still super nervous sitting in that chair which I had been sitting for the past 1.5 years for my braces. For the very first time, the nervousness made me visit the loo even though I just went before entering the clinic. My heart pounded as though I'm having sugar rush! I guess this whole thing about 'surgery' and 'stitches' really got me scared.
One thing that made me go back to this clinic was the painless injection of anesthesia. Friggin' zero pain. Not sure if any other clinics practices using numbing cream before the injection, but boy, it was the selling point for me to revisit, despite rather bad service. All went well, my wisdom tooth was cut into supposedly three pieces, except one of the roots broke into many smaller parts. As expected, it was decayed due to food getting stuck. Thankfully, it didn't affect my other teeth so no need for filling or root canal. Phew.
Aftermath when the anesthesia was ... BAD. I was feeling lazy to take the gauze out to eat the painkillers, so I headed to nap first. Boy, I tell you, I jumped out of bed, fumbled for my medicine in the bag, rushed to the kitchen for water. Not only the wound was aching, my throat felt worse than having a sore throat. It was a crazy half an hour because I couldn't focus on anything else other than the pain and it got me into tears. Dinner time was just as bad, I wish I can just survive on oxygen now.
Be okay, my dearest wound. I don't want implications.
Left wisdom tooth, be strong too. I don't want another round of this nightmare pain. )':
